Flow Strength: Press
Develop upper-body strength, stability, and power through a combination of calisthenics, free weights, and functional training. Press focuses on pushing movements — push-ups, dips, overhead pressing, and bench pressing — while building shoulder health, core control, and total-body coordination. Perfect for anyone looking to improve upper-body strength, muscle tone, posture, and athletic performance.

Do I need fitness experience to join?
Not at all. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Every exercise can be modified or progressed based on your abilities.

What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing you can move freely in. Chinatown Flow is a barefoot training studio — shoes are removed before entering the space. Grip socks or minimalist indoor shoes are also permitted.
Can I combine group training and personal training?
Absolutely. Many members use personal training to accelerate progress while attending group classes for consistency and community.

Group Classes
Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class
Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the class credit
Membership visits do not roll over month to month

Sessions cancelled within 12 hours are charged in full
Emergency situations handled case-by-case
