Complete upper or lower body days. Every workout involves strengthening the core in a functional way and building endurance.

Warm up with mobility drills and coordination exercises.

Train all the movements for the upper body on one day and complete a full workout for the lower body on another.

In between each strength circuit, we focus on improving your core muscles or increasing your endurance capacity.

Finish strong till the last minute of the hour-long class to get the most of out of your time here.

Workouts are varied month to month so you can adapt and reinforce new skills each phase.
